By accessing and using Creator Orbit, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Creator Orbit is an automation platform that helps you manage and automate interactions on your Instagram account, including automated direct messages, comment responses, and lead collection. Our service requires connection to your Instagram account to function properly.

3. User Accounts

To use our service, you must:

  • Create an account with accurate and complete information.
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials.
  • Be at least 13 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

4. Instagram Account Connection and API Usage

By connecting your Instagram account to Creator Orbit:

  • You grant us permission to access your Instagram account data as necessary to provide our services.
  • You represent that you have the authority to grant such permissions.
  • You agree to strictly comply with Instagram's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
  • Risk of Account Suspension: You understand that aggressive automation or spam-like behavior may result in Instagram restricting or banning your account. You use our automation tools at your own risk. Creator Orbit is not liable for any account restrictions, shadowbans, or permanent suspensions imposed by Meta or Instagram.

5. Affiliation Disclaimer

Creator Orbit is an independent software tool. We are NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected in any way with Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates. The name "Instagram" as well as related names, marks, emblems, and images are registered trademarks of their respective owners.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the service to send unsolicited messages (spam), harass, or abuse other users.
  • Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international laws.
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights.
  • Transmit viruses, worms, or any malicious code.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or gain unauthorized access to our systems.

7. Subscription and Payment

  • This release of the app is provided free of charge for Instagram automation.
  • We may introduce optional paid features or subscriptions in a future version; we will give reasonable notice before any paid terms take effect.
  • If we offer paid plans later, fees, refunds, and taxes will be described at that time in the checkout flow and applicable policies.

8. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Creator Orbit by ToolParadox and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Creator Orbit makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Creator Orbit and ToolParadox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, or data, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of the service or any actions taken by third-party platforms (such as Instagram) against your account.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Creator Orbit by ToolParadox and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the service, or your violation of Instagram's Terms of Service.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, violates Meta's Terms of Service, or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Creator Orbit operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration association.
